How do I know what to take with me and what to leave?
I have the impression that it is impossible to decide. You can't pack your whole life into a few suitcases and just disappear. And there are people who have to do this. Right now, in this moment they have to decide what is important, what is needed and what they can leave behind, things they may never see again.
